Manu Group's continual growth and commitment is demonstrated by the fact that the two Manu units situated in Jaipur, occupying total land of 3000 sq. mts., are serving our valued customers world wide. The plants are under technical collaboration with M/s TOHO Industrial Co. Ltd. Japan. Present Installed Capacity (as of January 2004) is:

Manu Yantralaya - 2 million pieces / month
Manu Yantralaya (P) Ltd. - 4 million pieces / month

Shop floor work is carried on by well trained engineers (Trained at TOHO, Japan). Shop Floor is equipped with Transfer Press Line, Automatic Rivet Insertion Line and indigenously developed special Dirt Cleaner plant.

On the whole, "No compromise on Quality" - is the shop floor motto.

The key to Manu Group's success in all these years has been the accurate and precise tooling. The constant development of our tool room and the support of our technical collaborator - TOHO Industrial Co. Ltd., Japan - has given our products a place in global market.

Our state-of-the-art tool rooms are equipped with modern EDM machines, Lathes, Drilling Machines and Grinding Machines.

Motto of tool room is - "No compromise on Accuracy and Precision".

The quality control room is equipped with modern Profile Projectors, Dirt Content checking equipment, Inspection equipment like Micrometer, Vernier, Float checking gauge, Comparators for height, depth, play, run-out, etc.

Our well-trained Quality Inspectors work hard to maintain the quality standards of the unit and are committed to identify defects at an early stage to facilitate their prevention. "0% rejection and 0% customer complaint" - is the motto of our Quality Inspectors.
